We love working in the vermiculture & vermicomposting business, in fact most of the time it doesn’t seem like we are at work.

It is not everyone that gets up in the morning and goes to work to spend time with customers that are so interested in what we do and have a common goal. It instantly creates a common bond to work together at going a little greener. The best part is we get to spend our time doing this every day. We have a good knowledge of the products we carry and how they work. We enjoy explaining what the products do and how to set them up and pride ourselves in the fact that when our customers leave they leave understanding the process and if they should have any additional questions we will be there to answer their calls or emails.

We have had more customers that purchased our VermiHut/VermiDome or one of our many other bins and red wigglers, but before they get ready to leave they give us a great big hug and thank us for our help. A sale it is not just a sale to us, with every customer it is a way of establishing a new friendship and that is so important in our efforts to get people to reduce their carbon footprint and make an effort to go a little greener! 

It makes us feel great that we are accomplishing a common goal when our customers leave us with their new products. We welcome everyone to come by or call us with questions you might have related to vermicomposting products or services.   The best compliment we get is when you call just to tell us how excited you are about how the worm bin we helped you set up and how many people you have referred to us. We couldn’t ask for more!
